About going to the gym.?

training every day does not give the muscles time to repair, you gain new muscle b creating tears in the existing muscle, the body needs time to repair for the new muscle to form. over-training can cause injury and sideline your fitness goals so be careful. check with your gym, many have a personal trainer an d they'll give you one free session as an intro to the gym.
