I am 16 years old i currently workout three times a week i do upper body monday Abs wednesday and legs friday i take N.O. Xplode before workouts as labeled and Six Star Whey Protein after working out just one serving when i do my abs i usually do 500 crunches strait and thats my ab work out period im not lying because i know alot of people say that i cand do that many straight because i play football do wrestling play lacrosse and snowboard but i currently have this thin layer of fat just sitting there i eat healthy like almonds and peanuts and fruit mixes CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IM DOING WRONG?
