OMG!! My baby has been nursing for almost 4 hours!!?

What the f!?!!? I've tried to put him in his swing with a pacifier 3 times. I had to pull the car over too because he wouldn't stop screaming. What is going on ? Is he starving or what? Should I give him a bottle? He hasn't done this since he was a newborn. He's almost 6 weeks old now. Help!!! I can't sit on the couch nursing all night. It's 1:30 AM here!! He is in his swing right now with a paci and wide awake and fussing every once in a while.
