Do I Count as A Minority?

I was born in Munich, Germany but I am citizen of Czech Republic, but i'm not white skinned because my father is from Isreal, I have natural carmeled color skin, but when my father was filling out my race for something he put white. I was just wondering because iI never knew exactly you catorgize a minority
