Is it ok to hate people who enter your country and wont play by your rules?

eg. if i went to bangladesh and asked is it ok to build a church on every corner i would have no hope yet in england if we dont allow huge muslim temples ect to be built we are racist ? anyone else got a problem with that or is it just me
