Well, mostly it sounds like you both like the same guy. I would be careful if I were you. Talk to her about him once to see how much she likes him and very casually say, "I like him too". She won't know how much. You don't want your feelings hurt either, and neither one of you wants to be mad at the other. It isn't worth it.
