This guy keeps staring at me or am I just paranoid?

Oh my god this is just like me too! He doesn't look away right? They just keep holding your gaze , and gives you a weird stare! I'm too scared to walk up and talk to him, and i'm sure you are too, I think he's either checking you out or he wants to know you or talk to you! But its my guess, it comes better from a guy, since this is a guy that is staring, i know how you feel! its just like "what are you looking at?!". Ask a guy friend , see what he thinks
