Why does the Bible have so many contradictions with itself and with history and science if it is from God?

Try dealing with pages that are not from two different sources. Most of the problems you cite are found in the histories, which typically were written by different authors and likely had different sources for their information, much of which, I suspect, was ped down orally to the historian.
