Why is it that women are the ones who have to have body modifications related to uality and not men? more..

We just watched 2 hours worth of this topic on National Geographic and it is always the women who have circision, pounding, long necks br rings, etc. to either "control" their uality or to keep them faithful, or prove their fidelity. Yet, men go through none of this, and it seems their fidelity/purity is not even brought up, like it is not even expected.
