Why is my cigarette lighter not working?

I have a 2000 Honda Pport. Both cigarette lighters have been working fine before today, I unplugged my Sirius radio to plug in a cell phone charger. When the charger didn't work, i plugged my Sirius back in and it didn't work either. Now, neither one of my cigarette outlets work and i can't figure out why. My fuses are good. That's the first thing i checked. I don't know where to go from here.
